We do not accept compensation from issuers, sponsors, or third parties for featuring investment opportunities. Our revenue is derived solely from member fees. All opportunities undergo independent third-party diligence before being presented to members. Members of our allocation committee may have personal investments in opportunities presented to the membership, which are disclosed on a case-by-case basis.
